MaCCI Director Jens-Uwe Franck was an invited speaker at the Bundeskartellamt's annual competition law conference ("Tagung des Arbeitskreises Kartellrecht") with this year's theme “Merger Control in Transition – New Instruments and Changing Framework Conditions?”. On 9 October 2025 he spoke on the topic “Merger Control and Investments in Innovation and Growth.”
