Martin Peitz gave a keynote address in the session “Regulation as a Catalyst for Innovation” at the conference “A New Economy for Youth, Technology and Finance” in Algiers, organized by the World Bank, the Algerian Ministry of Finance, and the Arab Monetary Fund, in front of around 400 policy makers and managers mostly from the Middle East and North Africa.
