Thomas Fetzer participated at a round table at the conference “Enforcing Competition Law – Balancing the Two Pillars of Efficiency and Justice” in Seoul, Korea organized by the Seoul National University Korea and Penn Law. The conference explores issues surrounding competition law enforcement as it strives to pursue two distinct and yet intertwined goals of maintaining efficiency and ensuring justice (or fairness) in the administration of the law from both institutional and procedural perspectives.
