Volker Nocke at the Lisbon Conference
At the VII Lisbon Conference on Competition Law and Economics, organized by the Portuguese Competition Authority (Autoridade da Concorrência, AdC), MaCCI Senior Member Volker Nocke was presented with the AdC Competition Policy Award for his paper on “Optimal Merger Remedies” (joint work with Andrew Rhodes). He also participated in a policy panel on Mapping the Future of EU Merger Control.
