MaCCI activities are supported by the MaCCI Association ("MaCCI Förderverein e.V."), which is recognized as a charitable association for tax purposes. At the end of 2025, its supporting members are:

- Platinum members pay an annual membership fee of 10,000 Euro; gold members pay an annual membership fee of 5,000 Euro.
