This year’s MaCCI Competition and Regulation Day was hosted by the economics department at the University of Mannheim. It is an annual workshop for members of the departments of law and economics as well as ZEW in order to present current research on topics related to competition and regulation. It is meant as a platform for interdisciplinary work in the fields of law and economics with a strong policy focus. Presented papers and projects covered a variety of topics, ranging from price regulation in pharmacy markets, cartel damages, horizontal merger control, to competition in the health sector.
