MaCCI Member Peitz at Japan Fair Trade Commission and Competition Commission of India

In November, MaCCI Director Martin Peitz visited the Japanese Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) and gave an in-house lecture on “Digital Platforms and Section 19a in the German Competition Law.” In December, he gave a remote lecture on “Competition Economics of Self-Preferencing” at the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
