On 8 May 2019, the Brussels-based think tank "Centre on Regulation in Europe" (CERRE) released the report "Market Defintion and Market Power in the Platform Economy". In this report, MaCCI members Jens-Uwe Franck and Martin Peitz provide guidance on how to define markets and on how to assess market power when dealing with two-sided platforms.
