MaCCI Participates with Large Delegation at EARIE

As every year, the European Association for Research in Industrial Economics (EARIE) held its annual conference in the end of August. This year, it took place in Lisbon (Portugal) from 26-28 August with Nova School of Business and Economics being the host. MaCCI members successfully applied for 15 presentation slots at this important conference. Our speakers were Kai Hüschelrath, Martin Peitz, Michelle Sovinsky, Konrad Stahl (all MaCCI Senior Members), Sven Heim, Ulrich Laitenberger, Kathleen Nosal, Bettina Peters, Dominik Schober, Nicolas Schutz, Chengsi Wang (all MaCCI Junior Members), Johannes Dittrich, Niklas Dürr, Michael Hellwig and Christoph Wolf (all MaCCI Doctoral Students). MaCCI is looking forward to send many of its researchers to the 2017 edition of EARIE in Maastricht as well. MaCCI Senior Member Volker Nocke was elected to be the scientific chair for that year. He is becoming a successor of fellow MaCCI Senior Member Michelle Sovinsky, who had the honor of being the scientific chair in 2015.
