Former MaCCI Member Tarantino Will Become Next Chief Economist at the European Commission

Former MaCCI member and current MaCCI research fellow Emanuele Tarantino will be the next chief economist at the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission. Emanuele was a MaCCI member from 2014 to 2020 and, in this period, assistant professor of economics at the University of Mannheim. Currently, he is professor of economics at Luiss in Rome.
