Plenty MaCCI Members’ Presentations at EARIE 2015

From August 28-30, 2015, the 42th Annual Conference of the European Association for Research in Industrial Economics (EARIE) was held in Munich. The conference is the focal conference for researchers in the field of industrial organization in Europe. Programme chair was Michelle Sovinsky who just joined the University of Mannheim and MaCCI. Among the 342 participants, who presented current papers in 116 sessions, were MaCCI senior members Irene Bertschek, Kai Hüschelrath, Volker Nocke, Martin Peitz, and Michelle Sovinsky, the MaCCI junior members Wolfgang Briglauer, Isis Durrmeyer, Raffaele Fiocco, Kathleen Nosal, Bettina Peters, Dominik Schober, Nicolas Schutz, Olga Slivko as well as MaCCI doctoral students Niklas Dürr, Stefan Frübing, Paul Hünermund, and Johannes Schneider. Volker Nocke and Nicolas Schutz presented in an invited session on merger policy. Along with Kathleen Nosal, Martin Peitz, and Ulrich Wagner Nicolas Schutz was also member of the scientific committee which evaluated the submitted papers.
